     Now is the season to get out and enjoy a walk or run in the great outdoors. If you know anyone that falls under one of the listed groups, please get together and enjoy the trail. Dates: May 1 - Sep 30

• Monday/Wednesday    5:30pm - Family Walks
• Tuesday/Thursday       12:00pm - Work Lunch Walks
• Tuesday/Thursday       3:00pm - Open Afternoon Runs
• Wednesday/Friday       10:00am - Mommy/Daddy & kids walk
• Tuesday/Saturday        9:00am - You and Dog walks
